I had drivers in P31 and p32. For some reason,26 drivers retired of suspension damage. Instead of finishing in P6 and P7, my drivers finished in P20 and P21. Is there anything wrong with drivers moving up positions if someone ahead of them retires.

They lapped you during the race and retired in the last lap. That means they still managed 28 laps (of 29) like your cars did and since they did so before your cars they are placed as such.
