I suppose Kevins suggestion is essential for Daves anyway. I don't think they'd come out as 5 star high level right from scouting, at least not often. So it's training or this feature would turn out as a major token black hole.

I agree something needs to be done and soon getting bored looking in staff market daily multiple times to find nothing good.
