Kevin thanks, so even though they are ahead of you in level and everything you are not able to hire them and use them but then there star rating and everything else drops down to more of your manager level? Also is that the reason why I am not able to hire or see them at all because he is level 18 so it looks like he is already on a team? Or were you just giving me basic information so I just understood why? Thanks for the information I do appreciate it.
If someone could post a lvl 6 driver you should be able to view them but they would have either 5 or 5.5 red stars. Telling you the driver was above your level. Once you become level 6, that same driver (as long as they weren't trained up) should appear to you as 5 gold stars and possible to hire if they are up for auction.
The star rating is relative to your level. You cannot hire a driver or staff above your level, but can can train your driver well beyond your level once you hire them. My drivers are 16s while I am just level 13. That can happen because I race just once a week and can train my drivers about 7x as much as those who race daily
Greg thanks I did not know that I could not hire them at all if they were a higher level than me, but could train them to become hire than me. Also did not know Level was kind of the same as the star ratings. I was looking and looking for where it stated what level a driver or staff member was but could not find anything at all. I just assumed it was the same as the star level or linked to stars in some fashion. So mainly get a good driver in my level and just train them up.
