I have 2 questions

The 1st is about championship. If we lock the promotion and the relegation and play only in rookie is it possible to devellop the car at the max of his possibily like in elite or not

The 2nd one is it allow to have multiple account ?

1. If you are in Rookie, you won't be able to see performance gains past level 8 until you move up to the Pro tier. There will also be a ballast on the car if you are over level 8.

2. Yes. There are no problems with multiple accounts.
