There's this bug where it says the race starts at 21:00 but it actually starts at 22:00. I live in Macedonia and my GMT zone is +2 so when I set it to +2 it says its +3 so I have to set it to +1 so it says +2 that's a weird glitch anyone experiencing this as well? Please help me.

Timezones should be set without DST applied. This is why the city names are listed, and it's the same way Windows works. Did you modify the timezone or was it wrong automatically when you signed up?

I have been hearing of more instance of this lately, so I will look in to fixing it when I get time.

Blame life for being weird, if you look up your time zone it's +2 but you are only 1 hour ahead lol

Macedonia Time is in the Central European Time Zone. Central European Standard Time (CET) is 1 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT+1). Like most states in Europe, Summer (Daylight-Saving) Time is observed in Macedonia Time, where the time is shifted forward by 1 hour; 2 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT+2).
