Multiple Level 15 & 14 Chief Designers Needed

Hello folks!

I'm looking for various level 15 or level 14 Chief Designers. Their star ratings and wages do not matter to me.

The first requirement is the Chief Designers must have a weakness in either Cooling or Reliability.

If they meet that requirement, they should have a strength in one of the following:
- Acceleration
- Braking
- Downforce
- Fuel Economy

If stars dont matter whats wrong with a 3.5 star level 11 CD?

The game only has 4.5 & 5 star staff for levels have yet to see 4 and below for a specific level

Why, why, why? What kind of experiment are you doing? Since my team is level 14 I can easily look on the transfers list while I am looking for a 5 star for myself. My first try I did not find any meeting your criteria.

James, I'm not moving down to lower levels because I'd like to keep everything controlled before I try any level.

I imagine CD's with those characteristics will be rare because weaknesses in those areas would be popular.

For the time being, yeah. If Cooling and Reliability receive improvements the popularity could shift.

A sighting! I did see one this morning but it had a bid. 5:30am mountain daylight time US.

In that case we need to search managers not the market, most likely 4.5 or 5 star staff anything lower seems to be of a lower level.

If i get my wish, Cooling and Reliability will come more into play in the live races, rather than effecting anything outside the race environment.
My vision is Cooling is the health bar for engines & Reliability is the health bar for cars. Very much working the same as how Stamina is the health bar of the drivers.

I still need CDs with strength in these two areas. All other strengths have been acquired.

- Acceleration
- Braking

I still need one more CD with strength in Acceleration.

Somebody help me out! :)
