Hi Alejandro, relegating to Rookie will be very difficult. You'll just have to wait for your friends to promote into the Pro tier.
Make sure you have at least 8 people (for 2-car leagues) in Rookie at all times to enable the promotion zone!

It's actually a bit easy, but costly. He would have to find a league with enough people for promotion and relegation, and it would have to be close to the end of the season. He jumps in, takes a big design hit and possible 10% loss to his finances.
He should stay at the bottom, get relegated, then jump back to his friends' league again. Possible 10% loss of finances again
....or he could just make a new account and start fresh.
