What effect does the age of the driver or staff come into play?
I figured for the driver it just means they may get slower or worse as they get older compared to a younger driver.
But what about a staff. Like is there a difference between a Talent 7, Experience 8, Moral 7 36 year old vs Talent 7, Experience 10, Moral 7 45 year old Technical Director? Is the older TD a better choice in this or the younger one better?
Just wondering so I know how to look and figure out how to manage my staff.
