Anyway About the Youth Academy!
Increase it's Limit it to 6 drivers.
Have an option to create a Go Kart Team or A Lower Formula Team or Both. (If people can afford it)
Have a option to set amount of cash to put into the selected team above each race. (See Cost Below)
Select 2 drivers from the pool of young drivers to join the created team. (locked in the team for a full season)
The youth drivers will gain a random attribute & experience each season completed. (in house training)
AT the end of each season you will get a performance review of the drivers. (Generic Teams Finishing Position & Drivers Gains)
You then have a choice to hire or dismiss the driver or reselect them for again for the generic team for more training or even switch them from Go Kart to Lower Formula Team .
Drivers Gains are set by Cost per season.
Go Karts +1 Experience
300K +1 Att
400K +2 Att
500K +3 Att
Lower Formula +2 Experience
600K +1 Att
700K +2 Att
900K +3 Att
Age limiting
Go Karts 16 to 18 yr olds
Lower Formula Team 18 to 20 yr olds
It just saves a spot of training of the drivers for when you hire them & they will have gained some much needed experience it could also be a way for low level teams to hire a driver past their own manager level.
