What's the real utility of having reserves, especially at low levels? I thought you could train them without having their contract expire but looks like they lose contract even if they don't race, so that's a big cost in my opinion, much higher than just buying a good pilot on the market.
Same thing for staff, is there any utility in having reserves?

Reserve drivers are usually drivers that are from the youth academy.The higher lvl the youth academy is,the higher the chance that you will get a high-talent driver.Staffs are different CD and TD you bought that replaced the current CD and TD means that the car will reset and the new CD and TD have to work on it.But if you keep the old CD and TD,the car will be the same.As for Doctor idk
