Yep I agree, no point of letting someone who can't be bothered to play the game get points. Even if they log in every day the default start is so slow and creates unnecessary traffic.
Especially sucks if you get beaten by a person who doesn't set up even if you put the effort in.
Although I don't think any change like this will ever happen soon considering backmarker DRS and auto kers still exists...

If you know the tyres and push level for the temp then you will do well if you are unlucky and cook the tyre then you will be slightly slower

In my experience, managers not attending very rarely do better than those who do attend. In MJL league,elite tier, we have arguably one of two best managers in the game, when he attends he usually wins, when he doesn't he's lucky to get in the points, even with the optimum strategy.

I'm agree, because the inactive backmarkers are a pain in the ass (sorry for the expression); for things that are their fault (by being slow) who has lost places or a podium for their obstruction?
