Hi, in today's race my 2nd driver was kinda lost, he usually qualifies in the middle of the group based on the tyres he has, but this time he was literally 1 second slower than all the other drivers with the same kind of compound.
In the race too he was constantly slower than everybody (usually he's 0.5s slower than my best driver, today he was more than 1 sec slower).
The race was Singapore. I also noticed that some people qualified with M compound and were 6 SECONDS slower than SS, usually the gap is around 2-3 seconds.

Sounds strange, is that a bug of some sort or is there a reason for this?

This is the race result, my drivers are 1st and 12nd.

Looking at it again, you notice the first half of the race is on average 2 seconds slower than the second half

while my other driver was kinda constant comparing fuel loads

The drivers on Mediums are irrelevant, since they are likely inactive players. No bug there, they are just inactive teams with no design progress.

I'm seeing no difference in how your drivers gained faster pace as the race went on, that is normal.

The factors I can only think of right now is, driver health and engine and parts condition. What was your driver's health, and was his car fully repaired before the race?

I'm talking only about my two drivers, Snoeren and W. Johnson, it's a couple races the second one is really much slower than all the competition, even tho he's at 100% health and same car as Snoeren (who can win almost every race). Car repair and engine are the same too

Sorry if this comes across as blunt.
Low talent, low mental attributes, low stamina, and oldish. I think that sums up the issue.
High heat of Singapore possibly accentuated the problems.

I'd compare your driver's previous race results but since your league is private I can't really review any of those races.

Age shouldn't be an issue but I would focus driver training on the mental stats in order to get stamina up and drivers weight down. Talent aside, the biggest difference is in the stamina at the moment.

Also getting the weight of the drivers down will gain you some speed.

These are the first 3 races of the season, I'm not pretending to have same performance but here there was like a second (at most) of difference between laps, also traffic etc. Now the difference is doubled and I can't understand why.

I'll now agree your driver qualifying a second off from the guy in front of him at Singapore is peculiar.

I'll let Jack know but I don't know if he will be able to pinpoint it since this is the first time it has happened. If there isn't a bug found then it could be an issue with the server the qualifying took place on did something strange. We won't know for sure until he can have a chance to look at it.

If it happens again, post back here.

Japan: https://igpmanager.com/app/d=result&id=2463088&tab=qualifying
Brazil: https://igpmanager.com/app/d=result&id=2463091&tab=qualifying

As you see Brazil is fine, Japan is still strange (Favalli too was very slow which he usually isn't that much)
