Rules around relegation

Sorry if this is duplication, but i have people in the league who want to understand relegation.

- When is relegation activated? When the league level (i.e. Elite) has 32 teams at the end of a season and the Pro level has cars to promote?
- How many cars are relegated?
- What does the "Promotion and Relegation" checkbox in the league settings do?

Relegation is activated when a 1-car league has 29 players or more in a tier. In 2-car leagues, it is activated when there are 15 players or more in a tier.

This means in a 1-car league, the relegated players will be those who finish 29th to 32nd in the championship, or for 2-car leagues, 15th and 16th in the championship.

If the checkbox is selected/highlighted, it enables players to promote into the upper tiers (Rookie to Pro, Pro to Elite) and relegates players down tiers (Elite to Pro, Pro to Rookie).
