Driver health goes back to 80% after the race.

I'm training one driver to have 20 stam and lowest weight possible. That's why she starts races with under 10 health. But at the start of the race, circle around the portrait is full and when race is finished, she has 80 health.

That's an old bug rearing its head again! Thanks for reporting this.
