Pilot above maximum limit

Pilot, "Above my maximum limite", what I need do now?
He have now 5 stars

It just means his training has progressed far enough now that his driver level is now higher than your manager level.

This means training him will show slower progress and if you fire him you cannot re-hire him because he is a higher level than you are able to hire.

I also have a driver above my manager level. The stars of the driver are red. Can the driver still race, or not until my manager level is the same as driver level?

Hi Niels,

Certainly the driver can still race. The only impact is that the speed at which he or she can train. Each time you hit the train button the skill trained will only go up by 3.
