Tracks hidden parameters

Does tracks has hidden parameters?
I just try to understand how can eight car parameters influence on car speed on a particular track.

I think car A can be faster then car B on one track, but exact same car A can be slower then exact same car B on another track.
Is it true?

Yes there. Is a star rating comparing your car to the specific track... If you go to next race menu it is the initial page.. You see the star rating there.. It all depends on the stats you have upgraded with your car...

Yes, i saw it. But last 5 races car compatibility has all 5 stars (actually it looks like 4.5). Looks like there is no difference for different tracks.
So, it doesn't help to understand.

I think your drivers are not on the same level, and this cause the differences. The more talented driver the faster on track.
