Error in account creation

Hi,

I've tried to create a new account on iGP, but once I registered filling Name, Lastname, e-mail and password, then appears the message saying that the account was created and I should now work on my team, and returns to the login screen.
BUT when I put my login credentials it says that thet user is not found or it is inactive...

Some colleagues also tried this and gets the same error.

I can confirm this. My friend tried to make an account and got the same thing.

Well this is awkward... I'm out and can't get home to write code or debug this for a couple of hours. I know exactly what it will be as well. Apologies. I will fix it as soon as I get in.

It's related to the server upgrades recently. They've thrown new errors that never used to happen in several places on the older servers. They are configured slightly differently. I know what it will be, just can't get on to it until tonight.
