Error in account creation

Hi,

I've tried to create a new account on iGP, but once I registered filling Name, Lastname, e-mail and password, then appears the message saying that the account was created and I should now work on my team, and returns to the login screen.
BUT when I put my login credentials it says that thet user is not found or it is inactive...

Some colleagues also tried this and gets the same error.

I can confirm this. My friend tried to make an account and got the same thing.
