Pitstop crew to hire or materials to improve pitstopspeed

Implementing a pitstopcrew with several specialist staff to hire, material to buy to improve the pitstop (fuelpomp, speed of tiredrill, amount of pitstopcrew, etc).

Short said, i suggest more options so we have more influence during the pitstop. This would give an extra dimension to the game.

Yeah as I mentioned on Joey's Advanced Guide, Technical Directors, or their mechanics (wud's this? Read below to find out!), which used to somewhat influence pit stop times, now no longer do so.

In old iGP, each head used to have dozens of staff working under them. You'd have dozens of designers working under your Chief Designer, dozens of mechanics working under your Technical Director, some marketing people (psst psst, read your other thread about marketing, Javier!), and you have to allocate those hundreds of staff to each division. Something cool from old iGP, huh?
