Implement a marketing option so there is another way to generate money. This could be done by a building wich sells caps/shirts, etc or/and by hiring a marketingspecialist. The higher the rates the better the sells. Maybe generating an amount off fans during the game. More fans means better sells.

Makes sense, as your rep gets higher your fan base increases and vice Verda :) so it's easy to link to in terms of factors of growth and decline

And maybe have drivers get you a bonus for how many merch you sell ,certain drivers being more popular (like Ricciardo,Hamilton ect.) than others (like Palmer, Ericsson ect.)
