how to create a championship for race whit friends

Good morning I would like to create a championship for racing simulations with my friends and I would like to make it private but the game prevents me from creating championships?! How should i do it? To the worst we all get into a public league but I preferred to make a private championship

I would make sure you aren't already a host of a league, but you can make a new league by viewing other leagues. Press or click on this button under any league's page:



And you should see another button that says Create a league.
