Pay driver

I would love to see pay drivers to be added to the game.So that when he/she races for you,he/she will have to pay for you and you don't have to pay for his/her like irl.For example:Lance $troll

If Jack could edit some of my old drivers with the fake, real looking names they could be Paying to Drive drivers.

They currently have 20 for everything but experience.
Jack could maybe increase their weight a little more & make a few other drivers with locked weight.
Advantage of extra income but a disadvantage of higher weight.

I don't like this, they would be too broken, I'd rather have drivers to drive, buildings and sponsors for money.

So that's when the sell system comes into play.If I negotiate with him/her and they can't perform well
compare to the other drivers,after 6 races of that 'contract',they will pack up,book the ticket home,have a cup of tea and say bye bye to the team.Well James' idea is decent aswell.That driver will be penalised by having from 50-60 kg(female) or 60-69 kg(male)

I think pay drivers should just have low talent. It's important to note that when you're a bottom feeder pay driver is a good option. I.e. What's the difference between 14th and 17th place? We've had managers quit because they go broke and can't get in the green.

Lol.I just went -£22.3m at the start of the season and now.At Singapore I just went out of debt.The pay drivers are like the final resort if the manager can't perform well at every races so that they can get into the green.But I agree that those pay drivers should be low talent and heavy drivers

Well, for rookies and pros there is no downside, I'm still rookie and I manage to get 1st and 2nd all races quite easily now, but still with 50k doctor and 50k TD I'm only getting +100k for each race. My drivers are level 6, 5 stars with 6-7 talent so nothing special.

Speaking for myself I'd fire my 2 drivers right now to get some little less competitive pay drivers, that's way too good.
