The game should allow you to program a different riding style in each stint. t is impossible to mount strategy with SS and H in the same race, when we can not keep up with the race live

Point is to come on during race... If you want to compete be there.. but if I'm wrong then yes I agree

Yeah if I know I'm offline during the race I just use one compound for the entire race and set the pace to what it's best for the temperature.
If I'm online I can play with strategies

what about working in shifts, this means you cant be live evrytime. I think this future would be a great add on to the game.

I think it will be a great improvement when this would be added.

This has been the subject of much discussion prior to this by players who have been with the game for years and the developers have given this careful thought. Frankly, there are better motor sport management games out there if you do not have the time to attend and manage your team live during races. The appeal and advantage of IGP is live race management and it intentionally gives a distinct advantage to players who attend the races. Live races with social interactions between players is the area that this game excels at. A careful search for a league that has races at times you can attend is the best solution. Or starting your own league at the times that you can attend will also work well. But having players who do not attend having no disadvantage will never be acceptable by the players who do attend.

This option could be left to the owner of the league, not an imposition of the game
