Shortlist removal?

Hi,
I'm curious on how to remove people from my shortlist? I added a member of staff and a few drivers when I first joined the game and even though they joined other teams I can't seem to find a way to remove them from the shortlist, I no longer need them and I'd like to clear them out before adding future potential drivers and staff

When you want to remove them, select the staff/driver and then hit the same button as you did when you shortlisted them,(the 'add' button will be changed to a 'remove' if that makes sense)
