abrupt temperature change during a race event

Hello,
My name is Dimitris. My friends and I have created a league in IGP since December 2016.
First of all I would like to congratulate you for the game. It has a lot of fun and it is extremely interesting.

I am writing here to mention an incident that occured during a live race event last Wednesday (2/7/2017) in Turkey.
While the temperature was 27 deg Celcius upon the start of the race, out of the sudden it was reduced by 3 deg in just one second (on the first turn of the race).

I mention it because some of us forged a strategy considering the high temperature and this abrupt change ruined the race.

How is this possible? I mean no extreme climate change happened so...

Global warming doesn't exist anymore.

Jokes aside, it's possible the game may have received an update from the nearest weather station to the track, or that the update may have been delayed.

Or extremely bad luck. Some weather data was stuck early this week and Jack fixed that 2 days ago, that was Wednesday.
