Race viewer in app

Hello,
Since the last update, I only saw one race without problems (1/9 races). I try to desinstall and install again the app but the same problem appear: I can't see live races because it never load to 100%.

Have any solution for this? I would like to see my races on my mobile...

Hi Eric, have you had any problems watching the races on PC?

Are you able to spectate races on the app?
Do you watch with the stable race viewer or beta viewer (viewable in account settings)?

Have you tried to lower the race viewer quality? Are you using WiFi or mobile connection and if the latter which speed is it?

If you're using the App you could try the mobile browser or vice versa.
