I think it would be amazing to loan a driver or loan out a driver so he can pick up some experience.

+1 I like it. It happened to me that I was looking for a new young driver and in the meantime I had to do a couple races with a 3rd driver bought as a substitute

loaning out drivers means that people can easily abuse it
