is it Talent or Experience that matters most on TD and CD

I know a good TD and CD will help when it rolls over to a new season as they will help you keep a lot of points but i am just wandering whether it ts the Talent or expereince which matters most.

I currently have a TD with 8 talent and 18 experience but dont know whther it is worth going for one with 11 talent and slightly lower experience?

any guidance would be appreciated

Neither attributes are making an impact currently on a car's design, the only thing that currently matters is the star rating.
