Unable to hire new driver or staff

hey there, just started in the game and was about to hire new driver.
It does not work right now.
I fired one of my drivers to have the space for a new one but still on transfer it does not work.

I tried both bid and instabuy but there is happening nothing.
Is there a error in the game at the moment?

This is a bit annoying since the game looks funny until this happens.

I don't know of any errors with transfers currently but a common problem with firewalls blocking needed ports for the real time relevant parts of the game. Mostly transfer auctions and live racing. This is often the case if playing the game at work using the company internet connection.

So, is the countdown timer above the bidding buttons loading and counting down the remaining time properly? Which device you're playing on, PC or mobile, if the latter are you using the App or the web client and how is the device connected, work/school/university or home, WiFi/WLAN, LAN or mobile cell phone carrier? Can you try a different connection method?
