Hi guys,

How does a pilot gain experience?

I can't train that stat on simulator and didn't found any clue about this.

Purely by doing races...it goes up by 1 every 10 (20?) races.

OMG, so many races to level this stat... My driver will retire earlier than this...

1 every 10 races,correct. Or .1 per race. :)
