The main thing is live controls for free users which will be introduced for the first quarterly update. Secondly, I'm going to be modifying the simulator soon so that cars will stop to switch to the rain start or rain stop tyres specified in your advanced strategy settings if the car was initially set up on inappropriate tyres.
