all my 5 star staff just got changed to a 4..

I have 2 accounts and on both of them the CD, TD, and DR got changed to 4 stars (one team they were all 5 stars, the other mostly 5's). Is this a glitch or is there something I should be paying attention to to help with this?

Did you just level up?

Hi Nick, as Greg mentions, the star ratings of drivers and staff reflect their level in relation to your manager level. 5 yellow stars indicates the driver/staff matching your manager level, and if the stars are lower they are not matching your manager level.
