Hi, I have read the posts from previous auction issues but none of them help. The auction has not worked for around a week. I use the game at home only and have done trades recently but then it stopped and I cant buy from the auction. I could use some help. Thanks

Hi Steve, I have some questions.
Do you see a countdown timer when you are looking at the profile of a driver or staff?
Is the problem on the app or on a PC?

It is on the app on a tablet. I have also played through the internet on the tablet and the same issue ooccurs. In the main screen where all the drivers are listed you can see the countdown, but when you click on an individual driver then you cant bid...nothing happens when you click it..on the app and internet

Same for me on app and browser. Click on bid as many times as you want and nothing happens, no bid is registered (but fortunately no tokens are taken either). The staff is timing out on the main transfers page but no timer showing on the individual staff member. Disappointed that we still need to report basic stuff like this a year after the game was first launched. It would be an absolute pain if after months of waiting for the right CD to appear you then find you lose the opportunity to hire them because of a recurring market bug.

Hi Blunion? ISP is Virgin. This morning I've just noticed something weird. I still cannot bid on either app or browser on a Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet but everything okay on both app and browser on my Galaxy S7 phone and both tablet and phone are connected to my home WiFi.
I definitely used to be able to place a bid using the tablet but can't remember the last time I did this. I tried a reboot of tablet but still unable to bid on either app or browser. Strange!

Update... Been doing some tests:
Galaxy S7 phone: Bidding is working on both app and default browser with the phone connected either by WiFi (Virgin Media) or Mobile data (Vodafone)
Laptop: Bidding tested and is working on three browsers - IE11, Edge and Firefox.
Galaxy Note 10.1 Tablet: Bidding not working on either the app or the default browser (Does the app use the default browser?). However, I just noticed that if I access iGP on the tablet using Chrome the bidding does work.
In conclusion it seems to be an issue with the default browser on my four year old Galaxy Note 10.1

I made a winning bid at an auction by a Spanish chief designer. However, at the end of the third eliminatory round, he did not show me any results. Even after the exhausted time, and I like the winning bid, does not appear to me the chief designer available. Also having disappeared the same of the items in the auction. Did not show me that I lost. My bid was last but it did not give me the victory. He only had no chance to make another bid (after all, the third round was over) but he did not measure victory. I spent 6 tokens in the race, I won and I do not have the chief desinger and the tokens!

Steve, can you try the default web browser on your tablet, then try another browser like Chrome?
Also check if the problem happens on a PC and mobile phone please, whichever of those are accessible to you. If you test with the mobile phone, test in the default browser and then a browser like Chrome, and if possible, the app.

Hi Steve. I need to gather some information.
When you changed to a different browser, was this on the tablet?
What is your tablet's Operating System and its version? You can find this in its settings by looking for "About Device".
When you go back to the app on your tablet, are you able to bid and buy or not?
Kevin, can you provide the same information, the tablet's OS and its version, please? Thanks to you both.

Hi this game is only on my tablet which is a Samsung galaxy tab2 10.1. Android version 4.2.2 Model Number GT-P5110. Still cant bid in the app. Can only bid in chrome
