Hi, the particular situation you may be witnessing has a complicated explanation that requires some backstory, but it is not a hack. I am not going to go into it at all.

Drivers can be trained beyond the level of the manager, yes, but the gain is awfully slow when the driver level is higher or matches the manager level.

What I am referring to my first line is something that only occurs with drivers that have existed before August 2016 and were previously signed to a team before that date, when they get trained and gain +1 in any attribute, their sudden level hop (usually 3 levels) reflects their new level in regards to the new format of iGP (there used to be an old format that was not mobile friendly).

I explained this peculiar instance to somebody else via message on the iGP Manager Facebook page and he went nuts on me on how much better the old iGP is and I was overcome with nostalgia by his excitement.
