Decent talented drivers not being sold

Hi, in the past days I put on the market 2 drivers several times.

1 Pirlo - LVL 9 - 21 yo - talent 6 --> https://igpmanager.com/app/d=driver&id=1559106

I am not looking for buyers here, I am trying to figure out why nobody is interested, because when I see some drivers like them on the market, people always make bids (at least until level 8).

Maybe in LVL 9 things change and non super talented drivers are not being bought anymore or something?

Yes, by then most manager learned how important talent is. It's a general problem that when a manager is selling a driver then most of the time the level of that driver is too high for the talent provided.

The market is so saturated with unemployed drivers and staff that not everybody at the same level see the same drivers and staff for sale.

BTW I'm looking for LVL 15. What is the easiest way to get one like this? (my academy is LVL 1)

I don't know what you want that's level 15, but you're level 8 and can't hire anybody who has a higher level than you.

Ah okay. High talent drivers are very rare to come across..good luck with that.
