So having spent the best part of 24 hours buying useless CDs which are clogging up the market in an effort to generate some new ones, along come a couple I'm interested in buying only to find the "Buy Now" button doesn't work but the "Bid" button does. Unfortunately because these are relatively good CDs the rest of the world will also bid and because I can't get on the system when the auction ends I am unlikely to be able to secure them.
Why is the "Buy Now" button suddenly not working? And no, before you ask there weren't any active bids on these staff members.
One extremely unhappy and frustrated gamer who has wasted time, many tokens and game cash buying up useless CDs.
Have you tried forcefully closing the app and restarting it? A confirmation dialog was recently added to this button and this may be why it is not working.
Edit: Actually, found the bug you're referring to. Applying a patch now.
Sorry to hear that. On our end, almost everyone except me was on holiday this week, but they're all coming back over the next few days. It was a difficult week for me almost alone dealing with some of these things outside of my remit, but we've got the team back together now and we'll be ploughing through as many issues as quickly as we can.
We're hoping to make iGP a welcome break from frustration, and not contribute to it!
Hi, you should try using a different wi-fi connection or use mobile data as some internet connections have firewalls that don't allow bid and buy requests to go through.
If the problem persists, please create a new thread.
