Grazie

Hi Alessio, please write in English when outside of the foreign language forum.

Driver training progress slows down the closer the driver's level is to your manager level. When the driver level matches the manager level or is higher than the manager level, training progress is always 3%.

This seems a bit unfair tbh. If the simulator says plus x% from normal it should be that way no matter what the level of the driver is.

If the developers of the game want to keep the 3% per training session, then the simulator should say +0% (your drivers' levels are too high)

Although the first solution makes more sense and is more fair because the system now contradicts itself so much.

The simulator's gains are +% on the amount that driver gains per training session. If the simulator gives you +40%, and the driver gains 10% per training, it is 10 + (10*0.4) = +14%

Driver training progress does slow down as your drivers get closer to your manager level. They are then capped at 3% once they reach 5 red stars. This is similar to how HQ upgrades are being capped at your manager level, and IMO it prevents this game from being "pay to win" as if there were no caps on driver training and HQ upgrades, any leveled manager can max them easily just buy throwing in real money.

With the caps, you have to actually level up to access higher leveled HQ upgrades, and the fixed 3/2/1% when training a driver in red stars would result in a very high token cost to max them.

@Boomer
I'm fine if the game stays being 3% gained if the driver is 5 red stars, but I don't agree with the fact that I gain nothing for the wasted time I spent upgrading my Simulator. If it says +100%, YOU SHOULD GET +100%.
LET ME JUST MAKE THIS CLEAR FOR YOU
Simulator lvl 20: +100%
NORMALLY DRIVER GAINS: 3%
NOW DRIVER GAINS 6%
EASY AS. And also this is in no way pay to win, because the best managers have already reached 20 everything (HQ and Drivers), so yeah maybe you would get to elite quick, but then you would get your ass handed to you by the best managers in the game.

The reason drivers are more difficult to train when they match the manager level is to prevent any areas of the game becoming a pay-to-win aspect.
