Frozen clock or bug in account?

Hi, I found a bug where I can nothire any employee, when I go to the auction of anyone and I go to Buy (or I'll go the bidding) the clock is like this (Clock ...) and I can not even make a bid and neither buy anybody, pleasefix this bug.

Usually the reason for this is not a bug but a firewall blocking the additional ports needed for the real time dependend elements of the game (auctions and race viewer). It mostly happens if accessing the game from at work or school. First thing would be to try a different connection if possible.

Hi Bruno, does this happen in the app or on PC?
If you are using the app, does it happen when using wi-fi? What happens when using your mobile data?
If you are on a PC, what browsers are you having the issue in?

Hi, yes it's in wifi... i'm holidays and canno't connect via mobile data until return at home :( It could be the problem?

That may be the problem. I recall one other player who was connected to a hotel's wi-fi and had the same issue. You will need to try to access a different wi-fi because the hotel has a firewall on their internet connection that blocks the port the Transfers system operates on.
