Hi!

I'm looking for staff, and I found something strange...
I have a Director that has 19 / 14 / 19, but have only 15 in average.

Then I have bought another director that have 17 / 15 / 17 that have 16 in average (I see it more normal).

I don't know which is best... 19/14/19 with 15 average or 17/15/17 with 16...
What's more important, skills or average?

I have found this situation in all other staff in the market...

The only thing to be chasing after is stars. That's the only aspect of staff currently functioning correctly right now. Ignore the attributes, they don't matter.
