The weather does not match the predicted weather.
When i see the weather at the SETUP it is dry.
When i go to LIVE race it is raining.
Even when i wait more then 15 minutes.
Is this true and can this be fixed?

I have had very rare instances where the weather during setup was dry, then qualifying took place on wet tyres and the race had rain.
Perhaps that's what happened?
Are you saying that when you performed your setups it was dry, then spectated a live race at the same track and it was raining?

Usually the weather changes from a day to another. You may have setup your car in a day it was dry, and then the day of the race it was raining.
