can you enable it to check what health is before training and if it is already at 100% increase another skill by 1? also at what point will a driver stop losing weight? or will it always be -1

Yeah, this is how physical training works now. Plus, in physical there are only two skills, so it is much easier to level up than other skill groups.

Mental for example has many times that amount, so physical still goes up faster than mental even though you get +1 to skills.

Thanks for the confirmation, yeh i've got a spreadsheet for working out training etc so realise that mental trains x5 more skills than physical, was just to meantion the health, maybe get it not to show at all rather than +0%

It's much easier to get fit than to gain mental strength. If you have ever played a sport you should know that.

Do you have a chip on your shoulder or something? You constantly moan and moan and moan.

Health is not a skill anyway. I have to say, that it makes a 100% sense not to add another +1 when health is at 100%.

Except that we are talking about stamina and reflexes when talking about physical.
I wonder, where your muscles are.... ;-)
