Hallo

Erstmal will ich sagen, dass ich das Spiel recht gut finde.
Umso mehr ärgert es mich, dass die Probleme sich bei mir häufen.

1. Fehler
Unter Transfer werden mir keine Fahrer oder Mitarbeiter mehr angezeigt welche ich kaufen könnte.

2. Fehler
Ich kann bereits mehrere Stunden vor Rennstart mein Setup einstellen und Testen.

3. Fehler
Als Ligahoster starteten die Rennen 1 Stunde später als eingestellt.

Dass sind meine momentanen Fehler und ich hoffe jemand kann mir helfen.

Würde es sehr gerne weiterspielen nur mit den Fehlern verliere ich langsam die Lust.

What did you try to do?
What do you see? Can you provide screenshots?
Does it happen in the app, on PC, or both?

For setup, I did not understand. You can't perform your setup ahead of time?

For your league problem, did you make sure your timezone setting is correct?

Hello I had tried to reinstall the app. Every problem is on both, also app and browser.

Problem 1

A few Hours before race Starts, i cant test my setup, because i am in the live event. But it is enough time to racestart.

Hi Frank, what is the model of your phone/tablet and what is the operating system version? You can find this in "About Device" when in the Settings of your phone.

With Problem 1, have you tried to use a different internet connection when using the app? For example, if you use wi-fi at home, try using wi-fi at a different location or your mobile data connection.

With Problem 2, if you are stuck in a live event, try ending the app's background process and then start the app again.

Is Problem 3 still happening?

I had tested both helps, but nothing work.
Everything is Same as before.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5
Android Version 6.0.1.

For Problem 3 i am not the host yet.

Trying a different wi-fi or using a mobile data connection did not resolve the issue with Transfers, correct?

Have you tried restarting your phone to see if it resolves problem 2?

Okay. I've run out of ideas on what the causes for these may be, so I will have the developers take a look at your issue when they can.

Are you still having the second and third problem?

Problem 3 is resolved, but the Other 2 the issue still be continued.

Frank, could you try clearing the cache for the app? Instructions: http://www.androidauthority.com/android-6-0-marshmallow-how-to-clear-app-data-and-cache-647355/

If this doesn't help we will be looking into the transfers issue after the next update. You aren't the only person who has reported it, but there is so far no consistent thread among the users who report it, nothing to identify a cause.

There is a small chance that clearing the cache may actually fix both problems you still have.

Hello all my Problems are solved. Maybe it was the settings of time and Date. I did not checked time and Date from Provider.
