Bugged Staff Transfer Market

I have two teams, one manager is level 13 and one is level 12.

I try to move a staff member from one team to the other. I put them on the market, then logged into my other team and made an offer.

No one else made an offer so there should only be one winner, the site took my last gold coin for the transfer but when I sign in this morning no transfer has occurred and the staff member is in reserve back on my other team.

I'd like to know what happened?
