weight penalty

I am lvl 9 since yesterday and just discovered this weight penalty is huge, ridiculous (like 0,4 sec/lap, at least in practices).

My question is: how it works the race objective calculation? does the game take into consideration this penalty? Because I am not winning anymore, not promoting, I can handle being stuck in rookie division, but not 3M of losses every day...

You are level 9 in a rookie tier you would crush new teams without the added weight. Even with the weight you should have better drivers and strategy that should keep you at the front of the field. If not, then you obviously need to work on your strategy and tire management

Nah, I didn't ask for help in strategy and tyre management, I know how to play the game. The fact is we are 4 active managers (friends of me), they joined IGP manager like 10 days later than me so they will be lvl 8 all season, so these 0,4 sec/lap are more than enough, I am not winning races this season and not promoting.
