Transfer BUG

I spent 8 token for a technical director, and when i won the auction, the game didn't give me the staff member. :( If I remember correctly I bid the 8th token to knockout round 7, and after the timer reached 0, tha game didn't wrote anything, but I won it, beacuse nobody bid to the knockout round 7 apart from me!! :( Some extra information: I won the staff member from Pedro Oliveira, the staff member's name is Tim Wagner(technical director), Team: Lukes Team. This happened about 21:30, maybe a little earlier. Please help me! Is it possible to bring me back the 8 tokens?

Since this I made an instant buy for a TD for 9 tokens, because i didn't dare to bid again, and now im having only 4 tokens :( :(

Thank you very much! I don't know, that this bug can be fixed, because I played a lot of games like this, where there are tokens, and transfer, and unfortunately sometimes in these other games this happened to me too, so maybe this bug can't be fixed easily, or never. I don't know what causes these kind of bugs. Thx again for the tokens! :)

Hi, it's not possible to buy staff member((( I made an instant buy, but nothing happened. When I take part in auction it's the same thing happened. What I have to do?
