Can't buy new staff

I can't buy new staff in the transfer section when I press on buy the confirm screen doesn't show any text and when I click on the green button nothing happens same thing with bid now.

Do you see a countdown timer above the bid and buy now buttons?
Is this problem on the app or on PC?
Does the problem still happen when you are playing from a different internet connection, such as a different wi-fi or using mobile data?
