i finished the race P1 and P2 still i got -1 repo.

what can be the reason for that

It's probably because you're the strongest manager. I'm having a similar problem in MJL, a couple of managers with high rep points left at the end of last season and were replaced by lower rep managers. As a result the league average has dropped and to add to the problem I am the second strongest manager which has really hit my rep points. Thank goodness Marcel is in the league, if he leaves I will have exactly the same problem as you Sandeep.

Probably, until the lower reputation managers gain more reputation.

its 0 today, but the thing is that already 2 manager is of lvl 20 and m on lvl19 along with 2 more managers still......

I don't know. I think you'll lose a lot of reputation that way and find it hard to gain back.

Yes, blunion is right. If you start losing races you will lose rep a lot quicker than you can gain it back.
