Headquarters.

Hi! I've been playing since a few weeks ago and I really enjoy the game, congratulations ;)
Now I'm just level 7 and I have some doubts about Headquarters. I have:
Design lvl 5 (in 3 days), Manufacturing lvl 2, Offices lvl 2, Simulator lvl 4 and Youth academy lvl 1.
Which are more important? Some of them are expensive and they take a lot of time. Should I buy the technology building?

Another question is about youth academy, what should I do? In which level can I get good pilots? They always cost 15 tokens? Which is their salary?

Design and Manufacturing is most important.
Technology is also very important as it improves the KERS and DRS (when you buy upgrades for them).
Offices are your least priority, as well as the Youth Academy (as you can buy young drivers from the transfer market for less tokens than the academy)
The Simulator is not very important but is useful, as it only improves training efficiency.
I recommend buying the Technology building first, then upgrade the manufacturing building to further levels (cause sooner or later, you'll run out of parts to repair your cars.)

Thnx Mateusz. And from which level is DRS available? I noticed when I join the races I can use KERS but dont see my DRS status bar.

you can use DRS from level 0 of the technology building.
DRS is used when your driver is within 1 second or less behind the driver in front.
Level 1 of the technology building will improve the power of the DRS and KERS, if you buy their respective upgrades once the facility has been built.

I am upgrading my Technology and there is stated "actions not available while under construction". Is this also for DRS?
And is DRS something I can actively use when I view the race? If so; how?
And one more; is DRS still available when the KERS is at 0%?

1) Yes, when you are building/upgrading a facility, you cannot upgrade the DRS and KERS.
2) DRS turns on automatically at a specific DRS zone, even if you are not watching the race.
3) DRS is unlimited.

But what about youth academy..?

The higher the level of the Youth Academy, the higher the likelihood you scout drivers of better talent.

Promoting a driver to your team from the Youth Academy costs 15 tokens.

Their salary is usually between $325-$375k (don't know the exact number because I've never hired drivers from the Youth Academy yet).

My youth academy drivers have similar wages (my most recent one being 328k). I transfer them immediately to my B team though from the main team so those from the youth academy tend to have lower wages as a result of those transfers.

EDIT: I don't have a youth academy in my B team so that's the only way for now I use my young driver programme, so I'm not cheating when buying and selling between my own teams.
