Just installed the iGP manager app on a Nexus 5x running Android 8.0.0. After downloading and installing the app while the app should show some graphics, leads to a black screen and stays like that indefinately. After uninstalling/reinstalling the app a few times the same occurs. In the meantime the android shows that the app is launched.
Thank you for your detailed description. Is there a possibility that you could record a video of this for us to review? Even something short on YouTube or otherwise would be very helpful. The more we can see the issue the easier it will be to understand.
From reports we are receiving it does seem to be an issue with Android 8 specifically.

Jack, I'm not sure i know exactly how to do it, but I will give it a try later on the day and hope to have something to show you. I thought the same it has probably something to do with the update to 8..
Robin, did you get the latest Android update? Because we addressed the issue with Android 8 not launching in the update. It was released around 3pm GMT today, a hotfix / patch to the update released yesterday.
