Shop- limited time offer

Hi there, I just clicked on the shop tab to see what was in there and saw the limited time offer at the top.... however I cannot click on it to purchase where as I can click on the tabs below (investment, coins)

Is this supposed to be like this or is something wrong?

I'm using iPhone if that helps
