Race view problems

From 19.09.2017. I can't play on my computer. When new window is opening whole system stuck. I don't thing this is memory problem, becouse same situation I have on other computer. Java is installed.

What kind of specs has your machine got? Also java is no loner needed for the viewer or editor.
Also any screen shots of any error messages would be good.
Have you tried to do a hard refresh of the browser cache

Now is working but very slow and is no track picture.
